About The Author

Gloria Sanders-Williams, aka Desire4Fire, grew up in the San Francisco/Bay Area, where at a young age, her exposure to a creative cultural mix inspired her imagination and writing. She began her writing career at the age of sixteen with works that included short stories and poetry. She has recently branched out to evolve her work into a current love of performance poetry at venues throughout the Las Vegas area where she now resides.
Gloria’s writing focuses on the inclusion of people of color in the fantasy genre. She believes these characters are sadly underrepresented in the genre she loves to read. She has branched into many genres to encourage and provide a story for every type of reader.
Gloria has written children's books: The Gray Balloon and Tia Learns about Honesty, and are geared for ages 6 -11.
Young Teens and Young Adults will enjoy: The Kyandra Saga: a five-book fantasy series with more books in the works to follow, and Does the World Need Another Hero is a Short-Story - tell that takes a hero’s journey.
The Blood Bond Series, A Black vampire's Tale, is a mature erotica series.
All are fiction writings and based on works that have unfolded after over a decade of persistence and dreams.
